Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Facebook Login with a Merxus-connected experience and would like your personal data deleted, please follow these instructions.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@merxusllc.com with subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request
2. Include enough information to identify your record:
   • Full name
   • Email used with Facebook Login (if available)
   • Facebook user ID (if available)
   • Business/tenant name tied to your Merxus account (if known)
3. We will confirm receipt and process the deletion request in accordance with applicable law.

Processing Time

We typically process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.

Revoke Facebook Access

You can also remove the app from Facebook directly in your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites.
