Merxus AI provides transactional and service-related SMS notifications to users who provide explicit written consent.
End users provide consent by selecting an unchecked opt-in checkbox displayed adjacent to the phone number field during account registration and onboarding at https://merxus.ai.
The opt-in checkbox states:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Merxus AI regarding missed-call notifications, appointment confirmations, and account-related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.”
The checkbox is not pre-selected. Users must manually select it to enable SMS notifications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-in events are logged and stored with timestamp, IP address, and user account reference in our secure application database. No SMS messages are sent without explicit consent.
Merxus AI does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers for marketing purposes.
