Merxus provides an AI-powered phone assistant platform that helps businesses manage calls, schedule appointments, send SMS notifications, and provide customer support.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your use of the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Twilio, OpenAI, Google, Firebase, and Stripe. Their terms apply separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workside Software LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
